Can I book transportation when I’m stateside?
Sure. Simply complete the form or give us a call at +49-6302-984-9488

Remember we are 6-9 hours ahead of the continental U.S.
How do I pay for my Airport-Runner transportation?
Payments will be made directly to the driver at the time of pick up. You may pay in cash with either Euros or Dollars. We can also take our credit card payments at the time of pick up. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
How early do I need to be at the airport?
For flights within Germany you need to be at the airport at least one hour before departure.
Flights within Europe require you to be at the airport at least two hours before departure and international flights suggest you to be at the airport no less than 3 hours prior to your departure.
Can I determine the time for pick up?
Yes if you choose the Exclusive Service. If you have chosen our Shared Service we will do our best to accommodate you.
Where will I meet the drivers at the Frankfurt International Airport?
Arrivals at Terminal 1 arrival area (same level as the baggage claim), hall B, next to exit # 4 at the „Welcome Center“
Arrivals at Terminal 2 at the „Service Point T 2“. That´s the big blue circle information desk in between hall D and E, it is also near exit # 5.
When you walk out the baggage claim you will see check in counters on one side. On the other side you will see an escalator which goes upstairs after walking a few meters. Please don´t go upstairs! Right behind the escalator is the „Service Point T 2“.
What if a traffic jam causes a delay in you getting me to the Airport?
Our drivers and office staff check the status of road and traffic conditions routinely to keep abreast of any possible delays in getting you to the airport on time. When booking your transport with us, we take all known delays into consideration and our experienced drivers are knowledgeable of alternate routes along the way in case there may be an unforeseen situation. Our utmost priority is for you to arrive at your destination safely and in a timely manner.
What if my plane is delayed or I miss my departing flight to Germany?
We are constantly checking the status of our client’s flight details. If your direct flight to Germany has been delayed due to weather or other announced situations, we will make adjustments to pick you up at your new arrival time. If you have missed your flight however you will need to contact us with your new arrival information so we can meet you. Call us at +49-6302 - 984 9488 or +49-173 - 911 2423.
Do I need to bring a car seat or booster for my child?
We will provide your child with properly fitted child seat free of charge. Simply tell us the age and size of your child or children and we will install the seat(s) prior to your pick-up.
If you are bringing your own car seat for your child to use, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will need to schedule enough time to install the seat into our van
Does Airport Runner transport animals to the airport?
Your pets are always welcome, however we can only transport animals with our Exclusive Service. When making your reservation please tell us the size of your pet and the size of the carrier they require so we can accommodate both you and your pets comfortably. Can I bring car seats, walkers and wheelchairs in the van?
Yes, but please let us know when making your reservation.
Can I bring bulky items in the van with me such as skis, golf bags, and bikes?
Please inform us during your reservation if you will be traveling with bulky items and/or excessive luggage. Additional fees may apply.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You may cancel your reservation by simply giving us a call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. There will be no cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than a 24-hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
