Guido is a shining star at this company. He picked up my family and brought them to me and I immediately locked us all out of the house. His job was done and he didn’t have to but he went with me down the street to my neighbor’s sisters house and translated for me so I could ask her to let me in to the apartment building. I’ve been loyal to him ever since and he’s always been punctual, professional, and kind. Plays good music too. We have a good experience when he is unavailable and we get someone else as well.

We had an amazing experience with Airport Runner, and we can’t say enough good things about Nadine, our driver. From the moment she picked us up at the airport, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The ride was smooth and relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long flight. Nadine went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, helped with our luggage, and even gave us some great local tips along the way. You can truly tell she cares about her passengers and loves what she does. We genuinely loved having her as our driver and will absolutely be booking with Airport Runner again — especially if we can ride with Nadine! Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Airport Runner and we will be using them for all of our future transportation needs! Each driver has been kind and professional. The vans are kept clean and tidy. Communication was easy and simple. I would highly recommend this company to others who are looking for transportation to/from the airport! Also, our drivers spoke English too, which is super beneficial since we do not speak German :)
